Etsy Mobile App

Would it be ok if i login to etsy using there android mobile app
and if i disconnect from my vpn on android with the etsy app closed will they be able to see my real ip ? if yes then can i disable the app after using it and enable it again when i want to use it considering im connected to my vpn

same IP or ****ty vpn can get you suspended.
Also, if you are using same phone and number, it will also get you suspended.
using app is a bad idea in stealth in general unless if you are using fresh phone and new sim number.
