Photos from banned accounts

I’ve read some messages on here about photos but I am just double checking.

I have a clipart business that has been closed due to another account I was linked too. Therefore I know all clipart from closed account is not usable.

My photo, had a clipart image, let say a drawn horse, background had bubbles, watermark of my business name , and on bottom right another watermark.

If I ran it through the exif cleaner, take away the bubbles, remove the business name watermark, remove the logo watermark on the bottom right, and add a new logo water mark on bottom right oh also if I changed the color of the background , would that make it safe or would I still have to resize?

Or would it be safer to not use my clipart at all modified or not?

I could redraw them all, but I was just wondering does resizing and cropping matter with clipart drawn images?

Oh instead of resiing or cropping if I were to change the horse clipart mane from Black to brown, would that be enough?

change colors, resize, change backgrounds and most importantly, erase exif data and you're good to go
