Etsy stealth account scam manoverde

Manoverde. A member here offering stealth accounts made in Nicaragua is taking money and not providing anything. Once he claims your money he starts ignoring you. I was promised the account by the end of the day payment was made, but it's now a week later and he continues to ignore me. This person is an established member of the forums here. I hope he comes through a proves me wrong, but it isnt looking likely.

You should only buy from approved vendors here at the forum.

I'm on here every day and the guy hasn't even crossed my radar, so I wouldn't call him established. His profile is showing as MU, not sure what it means but effectively his account is banned here.

He is not an approved seller - there are no Etsy-approved sellers either...terrible to hear about your experience OP

Glad he is banned and no longer scamming people. Its already hard enough to get back to business, but to be scammed in the process. I am out $100 and a week in downtime.

Never buy from anyone who is not approved seller.
If you receive such offer, always ask in forums, or report to moderators before paying money to anyone!

Fresh account for $100 is a little too good to be true in the first place, I would think. :eek:

Perhaps...though that isnt really something one can easy valuate. But if he can live with it, I can live without it. What a miserable person he must be to take advantage of someone like that, but karma will catch up.
