Account banned set up a new one
 

I was banned from etsy about 2 years ago (I had tshirts for video games, yes I know completely my own fault) any who I tried several times to create a new account and they got me within mins every time and shut me down. For the heck of it earlier I created a new account. It's still standing. I'm on the same ip same info. What are the odds I will get to keep it? I'm guessing slim but I'm shocked it's still up as of now it's been about 9 hours or so. I was expecting it to be down in mins.

Why not just get a cheap vpn and avoid this?

I plan to if this doesn't work. I really just did it on a whim and surprisingly it's still up as of now. Almost 24 hrs. Was just curious how quickly they usually bag ya.

the real test for your account will be when you will post an item for sale.
so wait for a while. then post something for sale. if it also doesnt get down, post another one and etc. until you get 10-20 intems. even after that you don't get shutted down, it means you are super lucky dude)

I listed something as soon as I opened it. Everything's still up. I'll try another listing each day and cross my fingers. I will faint if I get my shop back 🤞

if after first sale you will not get banned, then you are safe

did your original first account got suspended for copyright and trademark stuff?

They shut down all my shops but one. It was on vacation and slipped through the cracks. They even send me emails to list stuff but I haven't yet. I have a feeling they will just shut it down as soon as I list something. I will give it a go and see what happens this week.
