Etsy IP Burger
 

I was wondering if you could help me with my Etsy stealth problem? I had an account with an ip from ipburger. It was suspended. I requested to change the ip thru ipburger and paid like $10 to get a new one. Then I opened up a new shop following the basic stealth information. All new images. New windows profile. New address. New credit card and I received the below email from Etsy within days of listing my new shop - any ideas? Is it because I just requested to change my existing ip address? Or is it because it is not a residential ip address? When I looked under my Etsy shop security section it showed the new ip but the location showed a website and not a city, state. Please any help would be great.

i have been suspended for those reasons and none of them have anything to do with your IP address or IP Burger service.

Any idea how they linked me? Do you think my designs were too similar? I changed all the pictures and changed the designs but maybe not significantly enough? Could it be something else that I'm missing?

I’m worried about this. Are you using the same computer? Could that be the reason?

Do they know if the files come from the same computer? I don’t know a lot about how it works.
If the image is completely different can they know it comes from the same source as the old ones? It sounds stupid when I say it but I’m just so lost

Etsy is blocking most VPN users from even registering an account. Looks like mobile tethering may be your best bet

From my experience if you receive an email then you have been manually reviewed by a real person. Meaning it wasn’t the ip that got you caught. It was most likely bc you listed the same items, tags and titles?

Agreed. All my latest attempts with VPN have been deactivated without a single email from etsy. Maybe a competitor reported you and and caused a manual review?

What is everyone using instead of VPN? I just tried to use a new VPN and I couldn't even sign up

Get a new cellular data line and tablet.

Wrong. I once got banned in like 1 day after I forgot to change my IP and I received that email. And that was 100% ban because of IP.
