Etsy stealth with paypal
 

I'm using a VPN of a different country for my et.sy stealth account. Everyone knows that to pay the monthly fees on a stealth et.sy account with paypal you need to change your business name and your primary email. But what about the ip address? Do you need to turn off the VPN when you go to the paypal login and then turn it back on when you get redirected to et.sy after the payment? Or you can safely pay your fees with paypal without ever turning your VPN off?

thank you so much Vanalinn :) so the correct steps would be:
click on "make payment"
once the paypal login page is loaded, turn off the vpn
login to paypal with your credentials
once logged in, tun on vpn
make payment

sorry for being so paranoid but i want it to work so bad; thanks again brother for any help

Can I ask what country you're using? I think I have all the other steps well taken care of. I'm just curious what 'home' country works best for selling/shipping to the US. Thanks!

Mexico will do :) you have basically all the non dc countries to choose from

please, I have created a stealth Etsy account yesterday. and I added a new mail to my PayPal.

should I change my PayPal business name too?

could you please explain this to me what I should do I'm afraid I will lose everything.

if you dont change your business name on paypal, you can still use it. BUT DO NOT EVER pay your fee's with it.
However if you change your business name as well, you can pay your fee's with paypal too.

I'm afraid if I changed my PayPal business mail, PayPal will ask me why or ask for documents because I'm using it with my personal name

Prob best to get an AVS-matching VCC - maybe worth speaking to sellers on this site's marketplace

Hi, did someone try this before? Paying fees with different email yet same business name?

Someone mentioned that as long as the email is different having the same business name on pp is fine, so I just want to confirm about this before starting my stealth
