Listings of new Etsy shop not showing in Etsy search results
 

It's been two days I have created a new Et/sy shop after my previous account was suspended for intellectual property infringement. I added a digital product from my previous account(edited the photos, cleared the image). But my listings and shop is not publicly active. Someone said that my shop is not indexed (In review) and though the listings and shop in not appearing in search results.

I changed the IP(fresh)
PayPal, Email, Address but the same zip code.

I have listed a digital file made by myself which follows Et/sy policy. I don't know why my shop is triggered for an automatic review. When I did everything correctly. Also contacted Et/sy but received no response.

did you take the image with the same camera or phone?

did you clean your images?

is the card in the same name?

So finally my shop got suspended after 5 days.
I was selling digital files. Yes, I did edit the photos in photoshop, also removed the EXIF data from the image.
no the name on the card was not the same.
