Getting my new shop ready

I have spent weeks doing my research, have read almost every thread here.
I sell designs made on illustrator. Can they link me because of my computer?
I’m getting a new IP from IPburguer.
all new information, SSN, bank account and credit card.

Can they link my laptop or files somehow?

we are in the same boat, I was selling shirts and I had about 300 designs in my old deactivated shop. I just want to upload again in my new store, but I'm afraid.
if we cleared the images I don't think the both will catch us, but if there's something wrong and Etsy want to make a manual review maybe they can know us.
