can i use my old designs on my new stealth account ?

I have 300 designs that I used to sell on my Etsy account before it got deactivated.
can I use them again in my new stealth account but this time in a different shirt mockup?

i think that's no problem if you use different template. but need delete the image details

Change the image and use a program like Batchpurified to remove pic info
