Can not create even buyer account on etsy, New VPS in HongKong

Dear All
I purchase a VPS on Alibaba cloud, location in HongKong for dropshipping
After logging in the VPS, i can not create the account here, event when i register via google, the system says" Sorry! There was a problem on our end. Please try registering again or email ETSY for assistance."
I chatted with Etsy supporters but they are figuring out what the problem is,
Anybody have experience for this?
