Hello guys,

Etsy suspend my store because of some cases of customers. I want to start over again with a stealth account.

Is it ok if I use my brothers’ details? We’ve got the same last name.

I know that I need a new IP. What I want to know is: is it enough to reset your router for a new IP? Or what do I have to do for this?

Suspensions due to cases are reinstated easily. Refund all buyers to close cases, message support and you'll be reinstated. Might not work if its not the first time you're suspended because of cases.

Hello guys,

thank you for your answer. I refunded the buyers' money but they suspended my shop.

My brother and I have the same last name. Would that be a problem? And regarding the new IP: is it enough to reset the router?

name is not a big problem, lot of people have same or samilar name.

resetting IP would still get you suspended.

use phone tethering for new IP. Works pretty good for me)

I have no luck with tethering always get suspended after few hours.

Does anyone know why? After I Restart my router, there always appears a new IP. Wouldn't that work?

same last name,addresses close to each other,same pictures,same merchandise ,not good.
Once a guy used his deceased mother SSN and address to sell after he was suspended,it does not work,
