or it might be that they think you are a dropshipper. Jewelry is tough on etsy cus they want to keep aliexpress stuff out.

So do I need to make a pp from out of country or can I use my us pp for the stealth out of country etsy. All I need to know atm please

I am in the us and have active us pp/ebay sellers stealth all good no issues. My etsy dc went down and been hard to get it back up running. So need to go the pp out of country method. I open them with my us pp but get ghosted within the hr. SO do I need to open a out of country pp to use a out of country etsy/pp method or I can use a usa pp for the out of country etsy. Thanks
