Etsy AVS VCC with different BIN

Does Etsy check the BIN of the credit card? I want to use an avs vcc for european Amazon account registered under european address but the card issued from a US bank means the BIN will be from the US. is it safe or it will be considered a heigh risk.

this should be posted in AMZN forum,not Etsy.
I dont think there is anything wrong using a card issued by US Bank
