Delete Banned Shop?
 

After reading the privacy policies it states that you may delete your account and the info will stay for about 2 weeks unless it is kept longer for tax purposes etc. Anyone just simply tried deleting and coming back?:ban?:

LOL, sorry... rule number one:

never trust eBay & PayPal

This forum is all about stealth because simply deleting infos will not work.

Is it beneficial at all to delete the entire shop and account? I have 4 shops that were banned over 3 years....I just never signed back in.

I know 2 shops which were banned,one managed to come back,shop is intact.
The other did not,he was a big pain,he has problem paying his bills.

I RECALL she was selling new items from ALIBABA as vintage,some one reported her.

Who is this you’re recalling? I’ll lay this rule out that is 100% certain to me due to experience: if you open a shop or it’s someone else’s ssn and it gets banned due to ID or bank account lol it is not banned for life. Open a new shop with their ssn with a new ip and bank account. Same goes for two people selling under the same roof. If one is banned and the other is subject to sharing the same ip, the other party should open a new shop with no problem.

It is actually law now in the uk, if you request to have your information deleted, the company must abide by it.

If they don’t they basically get F######. Huge fines a repercussions.

I’ve recently got a company delete all data they held on me. They first refused, then I got ICO involved and they got slapped hard. Ended up deleting my data and I got a compensation package. Let’s put it this way paid for a weeks holiday abroad for me.

Paypal never delete any account,closed or open

This is true in the us about PayPal. If you try to open a new account they will just link the accounts.
