You can't buy them because you need to add real banking info but they are pretty easy to make, just take some time to read up on here and you can make it yourself.

What happens when they eventually ask for a tax id? I got banned recently off my real account, annuals earnings of $150-200k, banned Nov 1st. Sigh! Right before the busy season. Luckily my wife has her own account which we’ve always used under separate profiles and vpn.
