Pay selling fees on etsy stelth

Hello everybody,i just found out that i have to pay the selling fees on etsy manually because I set up PAYPAL for paying the selling fees.In this case, etsy does not keep this amount directly from the transaction and you have to pay the fees with PayPal or credit card. Any idea how can i pay these fees stealth?
