Etsy account issue with paypal payment integration

Hello i have an account that is more than 6 months old. I run some other accounts as well but this particular one seems like has no option for paypal. I registered them all from same country with stealth techniques so i dont know why exactly i cannot get access to receive paypal payments and i spoke to their support many times they claim its technical issue but i believe they dont even know why this is happening as they cannot solve it, any suggestions?

Thanks did you had such issue before? I believe in your case apart from all the stealth techniques you follow to create a new account you should also let it age and make a few small value sales and purchases first before listing any heavy value items at least thats how i overcome the problem with suspension
