I'm trying to be able to get some answers. And, having been new here, I am unable to direct communicate with anyone. It requires a minimum number of posts to be able to do that. I am sorry if this came across as spam. I am just trying to get help, and answers.

I noticed some people with similar issues, but I wasn't able to find the answers posted. This is pertaining to a US account. One individual seemed to be able to get some clarity, but it wasn't clear as to how they were able to achieve that.
