There are lots of experts on this forum who, I have no doubt, will tell me I am wrong but here is my take on opening new Etsy accounts
Etsy exists because other people pay them for the honour of selling on their site therefore they want you to sell and pay them lots of money
Let us therefore be logical
If 'Sally Jones' makes pretty cards and wants to list on Etsy she applies for a selling account
She gives her name, address, phone number, credit card details, bank account etc, etc,
She does not use a VPN, she doesn't use a VCC, she doesn't use a redirected phone. If her name does not show up on, say, the voters roll, she may be asked to prove her identity - she sends in a copy of her ID and maybe a utility bill
You know all this because you have already opened an account before and this was what you had to do - you opened an Etsy account successfully didn't you?
Now, you are trying to open a new account - you may be using a VPN, you may be using proxies, you may be using a VCC
What you are not doing is opening a 'clean' first account as you did last time
Many people on the forum will tell you how this VPN works or that VCC is OK but you have now found out that this does not work for you
So, logically, you need to go back to square one
Etsy gather information from the machine you use, IP, mobile masts and all sorts of things we know nothing of - as you are aware Etsy is much more security aware than, say. Ebay.
Do you see it yet? Despite what some very learned people on this site will tell you, where Etsy is concerned they do not like any of the stealth tricks that work on other sites
Start again and find a way to create a clean site
