EIN and legal name
 

Hi there,
So Etsy is asking me to update my name and SSN or EIN.
Right now it is with my EIN and business name. When I first restarted I used my sisters information and later went back in to update with EIN and business name. Now they want legal name and not business name. Will updating EIN with my legal name, get me banned again. Since my legal name is the old name use when I was banned. I never used my EIN on Etsy before when I was first banned. I used my SSN back then. EIN and legal name has new address as well. And can Etsy use my EIN with Legal name to retrieve my information from IRS like my SSN?
