Did you try Etsy + Payoneer?

Hi! Did you try opening an Etsy account with the US Payment service from Payoneer to accept Direct Check out? I already used a few years ago and worked fine, but now that shop got shutdown and tried opening a new account with a new Payoneer and it got suspended 24hs. later.

Any advice?

Etsy does not like Payoneer,it does not care much for Paypal either.
