New Etsy account- please help
 

Hello ,

Etsy band my account claiming some of my items are not handmade :(

Can I open a new account without ssi ?How do I do that? Can I open an account under a random name or need a relative ssi?

I opened another account on my husbands name and it was linked since I was not aware of the IP requirements

At this point I already have new computer, vpn, new bank account, and email account .
Can you please help me or advise where can I get the correct guidness so I can be up and running again.

Read my threads. You can use either yours or your husbands info. He will not be actually banned since it was just picked off by a bot.

I’ve come to believe that the ip just does not matter with Etsy unless you use VPN or in my case Hotspot

what about SSN,since you have already used yours and hubby's SSN?

I've been using a vpn for 3 years now with no issue so I don't
know what you mean about VPN. Do you mean you can't use one?
