Am I being paranoid?
 

Anyone else afraid to actually post their normal items (new photos) on Etsy?! I still haven’t posted i changed banking info so I’m waiting for that to be verified first. I’m almost thinking of other things to sell. But I don’t think I’ll be good at those things! Lol anyone else go back and forth with posting?! Or is it just me 😂

I am always paranoid too but I have had success after my shops were established with listing the exact same item, just totally different photos with different backgrounds and watermarks.

My items were too one of a kind so I did a complete flip. Now just selling basics.

I use same exact skus I had on my last account. SKUs I made up myself. I don’t think there truly is a way to track these things. It’s just what some people use as a escape goat for their lack of understanding stealth. If you opened up a new account, assume they would of put resources to prevent that part first before worrying about meta data from photos.
