Can they find you with just your name on bank account

I am wondering if the bank is allowed to give out my personal information to et/s/y and if my personal information can be found by just having the my name/bank account information (info like where I live, my phone number etc). I do not want them trying to get into my bank accont.

No they cannot - no more than they could give your details to McDonalds - Etsy is just a business like any other

There is a search where you have to pay,it will show your traffic violations,addresses from last xx years,buy and sell of real estate property,average income etc,business you own and what others have to say about you,your past and present neighbors.
But why would Etsy want to do that,unless it sold your debt to some collection agency

At least for business accounts on eBay, they claim to run such a search on Lexis automatically, and when you call to raise limits they the public records questions come from Lexis. It's actually a really, really effective anti-fraud tool.
