Etsy listings not showing up

Anybody having problems with listings not showing active lately? Listed an item 48 hours ago.
Shows active in shop manager, but I can't find it when I search for it. I don't sell a lot on Etsy. Last item I sold was a month ago or so.
Chatted with a rep yesterday who said someone would send an email. Today I cant even access the chat feature. Not sure if this is just SOP for Etsy.
