Etsy Acct Finances
 

So I have 3 accts. One of them my CC had expired and I did not update. It shows Current balance as $300. I updated my CC and my bank. It is my understanding when your CC expires they quit depositing your money (happened on my main acct and I fixed pronto 6 months ago). I have been shipping out from my back up acct and everything is current, but the available for deposit at the top says $0. How can current balance be $300 and available be $300. AND WHY is there NO WAY to contact etsy???

Yes, it is a new bank acct, different from my other two etsy accts. Yeah I found the email deal and got an automatic response back.

I'm having the exact same problem! I recently updated my bank account on Etsy (over 4 weeks ago now) but all my sales just sit in my available balance and never move over into my deposit balance. As far as i'm aware there is no issue with my new bank account and everything has been verified. I have sent multiple emails to Etsy over the past 3 weeks with no response.

I messaged them back for the FOURTH time and said if I got no response would turn over to lawyer and cc'd lawyer. Got an immediate response, that because my Credit Card had expired is why they weren't paying me. And also because I changed bank twice (I did that cause I thought there was a issue). Said wait 5 days after bank change and all will be good. We will se July 6th.

Update …………….
All my money hit my bank acct today. When your cc expires they quit sending you money. If you change banks you have to wait 5-7 days before they will send you money.

I had a similar situation a few months ago. Until the support service responded to me, I could not solve the problem. It turned out that the problem was an error in the information that the operator filled in when making the transaction.
However, I eventually suffered from the consequences of the employee's negligence. After that, I firmly decided to study the financial system on my own and learn how to apply this knowledge so that such situations no longer arise.
So far, I've signed up for a modeling course. Perhaps later, I will also study banking processes.
