Removing BULK Feedback
Question, I've been away since late April due to reasons related to Covid. Apparently Etsy manually put my shop in vacation which is cool but now I have an average of 3 stars rating from customers saying I never shipped the items. Clearly, they are extending leverage to sellers with understanding of whats going on because I got like 20-30 cases from this. Just curious of anyone has had something similar happen and was able to get a bunch of negative reviews removed due to something out of your control as a seller?
I'm going to write them a thoughtful email trying to address this later tonight. |
