eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Someone said he sell stealth account ?

Why deal with someone with no reputation behind him?
Instead go to the account seller section right here in the forum - plenty of people you can deal with who have been approved by the admins to sell accts on here.

It's a bit like Amazon. It's a question of ID documents and in USA I believe they insist on SSN. For some people Adyen is a problem. Where Paypal is still the processor I believe it is a bit easier - but yes - it is hard but very doable
