Why does everyone on here say etsy stealth is hard?
 

im legit wondering why people on here are like 'its like £1k for a stealth account', why does everyone think its difficult? what problems have you encountered?

In USA you need an TAX number and a SS number to open a business account. You can use VCC usually and you have to create a listing upon creation. It is A LOT harder than ebay or paypal but it is not hard.

EU stealth shops - from my experience 7/8 out of 10 are opened successfully. Docs were always asked upon registration and verified upon providing.

USA shops - due to SSN field requirement not possible (just telling from my experience). Tried numerous tactics to overcome that, but decided to stick to EU based shops only. You just convert the currency in your payoneer later, that's it, everything else is the same as having US shop.
