Etsy Stealth with Bank account and SSN requirements
 

Hey all,

I recently had my Etsy account suspended after numerous attempts to clarify violations with no response from Etsy Legal. Now that my account has been shut down I’m trying to create a new stealth account.

I got a new tablet with a new SIM card so I can connect without using my IP.
I have a new bank account (same bank)
New Email
New pictures

My specific questions are

1. Do I need to put in my name for my bank account information or can I use a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name? Will that prevent them from being able to verify my account info?

2. I’ve heard that you can use PayPal instead? Is it possible to select that instead of entering bank information?

3. How are people handling the SSN requirement? Are you using the actual last four digits of your SSN or just entering in other numbers?

Hi mate,

1) New user/laptop
2) Fresh and dedicated VPN
3) New VCC
4) New bank account
5) 100% new personal info (name, surname, address, number)
6) Docs to verify your account
7) New listing photos or with EXIF data removed if there's any

Due to SSN requirements, open shop with non US based info.

I’ve seen your post on other threads but I’m curious as to how to open an account with non US info. Is there somewhere to go to get more info on how to do that?

Any guidance on where I can go to setup a non-US shop?

Hi mate,

You need EU based information and docs to verify account. That's a much as I can tell you and probably do others.

Hi there, i wonder if you know one can use a different type of i. d with ur name for E U ? Different bank but same name.
