VCC question
 

Hello,

I bought a VCC from someone here in the marketplace.

I live in the U.S.

He sent me a VCC that I checked on binlist.net .The VCC is from a bank in Portugal.

Question being: Will Et*y accept this foreign VCC to open an DC account in U.S.A. ?

Portuguese banks offer one of the best bins for Paypal, and shall I just say at this time. These VCCs work for almost any country PayPal (without suspension) in my experience but I do not know for sure if this will work for Etsy. The seller may have advertised the uses of their VCC on their sales page. Perhaps you could talk to the seller as SaiJin says.

Was the bank issuer BANCO ESPIRITO SANTO, S.A.?
It's one of my favorite VCCs so far. Works in almost sites, even for some sites for trials. They accepted it
