How do you setup dropshipping on etsy?

Ive seen dropshippers from china on etsy but i got suspended since my products werent "handmade" even tho i had my "business partner" creating the products, how do you do it?

I was also having a look at dropshipping on etsy. Apparently you can dropship supplies - all the tools and materials needed to create handmade products. I guess that's going to be my focus on etsy.
