Hello. There is an etsy shop with digital designs. A complaint came from the seller from the shutterstock. My design is a bit similar. I sent him a counterclaim via https://www.etsy.com/legal/ip/counter.
2 questions. By the way, I asked them through support, but they answer that they do not disclose such a situation.
1. Is there a chance of winning? They don't have a patent for the silhouette, it's not a trademark.
2. If I win and activate the listing, will the violation be removed from my account? After all, after the 4th complaint, the store is usually banned.
