Hi just wondering how I can go about doing a refund if I am using a VCC as a credit card.

Is the VCC already on the pp account? If so, what message are you getting when trying to refund?

Hi! No message so far. I think they may have taken it out of the funds from the sales? But it’s not on PP account? Any suggestions for future refunds?

Make the listing a bit more expensive (listing price+fees) and find someone who will buy that listing from you (friend family etc..) and refund the money with that money you got on your account + get 5 star review from the friend
