Stealth SHOPPER acct for buying your own stuff

If we can make stealth seller accounts then making stealth buyer accounts to buy your own products and boost the ranking should be easy right? If your new listing sells within the 1st 48 hours it does wonders for the page rank. Except what (if any) VCC's allow you to register with any name an address you please and would still be accepted by Etsy? I am reading that as of August Vanilla is not accepted for purchases. Are there alternatives to VCC's?

That sounds like a good idea but you can also tell your friends/family to buy from your storeor there should be some online service for that to boosting sales, like buying from you and reviewing the purchase with 5 stars. Maybe costs less than a VCC
