Is is Ok to create a new account using the same computer?
 

I am planning to use a different ip address (not dedicate, just a regular one) and a different web browser to create a new etsy store. (with different name, address, bank account and credit card)
Will their system still be able to link the new account to my other blacklisted account. Do I need a different computer to create a new account?
(And I saw someone mention a new windows user account, but I can't create a new windows user account since I'm still running windows 7.)


Also, dedicate residential ip addresses are quite expensive, so I am debating whether I should use my real residential ip address instead (I ve never used my real ip address to log in to my other blacklisted account before)? Do you guys think it is a bad idea to use my real ip?

You can use your real residential IP if never used before - do you have a dynamic IP provider (if your turn off/on your IP device, do you get a new IP?)? Asking because that's nice for future accounts too.

I use my own residential IP with some eb accounts...

I have a Windows 7 PC with over 400 user accounts on it so I can assure you - you CAN quite easily create new windows user accounts on a Windows 7 machine.
Create a new windows user account and youre good to go with a new account on the same PC.

Likely so - quite a few posts around the forum about Mac computer use. I just stick with PC

Another question, I have an older windows desktop computer here at home as well, if I create new user does it matter if the wifi has been connected to my past suspended account?

As long as the ip of wifi is changed. if cant change it, use mobile tethering
