I'm trying to figure out a way I can still sell IP inspired stuff without getting banned AGAIN
For example Star Wars Tshirt would be renamed to Wars Star Tshirt
Or Movie Inspired Tshirt and then in the tags I'd put star;wars;
Has anyone got any tips or recommendations to get this to work?
Thanks
I've been hit with infringement for just tags (nothing incriminating in the header) and it doesn't matter the order of the words.
I've even been pinged when both header and tags had nothing, the IP holder obviously looked at the picture. When a listing gets lots of sales it ends up top of front page of searches and draws attention to itself. Selling IP stuff is always a short term proposition.

IP infringement is hot all over - lot of knockoffs and use of "brand" without authorization
I've seen a site somewhere which was replaced by an FBI notice, the owner was fined $2m and sent to prison. Made a killing on ⊗⊗⊗⊗ handbags for awhile..

Yes - I came across, think a while back...sloppy operation.

That's why I always don't understand why could people put tons of ⊗⊗⊗⊗ handbags on the streets and stand there looking for buyers. They are like doing that business every day in the busiest or most tourise area. How could that work so fine...
If you want to sell star wars items for example, you cannot TAG NOR put the word Star Wars in the title. just tag it with stuff like space, aliens, generic stuff like that.
they can STILL get you but at least this way you won't show up in the search bar when they do a mass search and delete
You get infringement reports when the rights owner finds your listings.
Removing tags/titles will make it harder for your listings to be found by rights owners and by customers also. So you exclude yourself from search results / or make your listings less competitive than others by removing crucial keywords.
