how to paypal only?

I notice on some US shops that instead of Etsys supported payment methods, there store only takes paypal. how can a US shop do this? I will pay someone for guidance to get me a working succesful stealth account in the US.

They just changed shop location to show that's its from US. But in reality it's one of the countries that aren't in a list of Etsy payment accepted countries, so they go with Paypal.

There's no other way around that
