Been Given Final Warning - any advice?
 

Final Warning for Infringement. Was for something in the tags,

Should I close the account and start a new account?

Any advice? I see a lot of people banned here - if you could go back in time to this moment, what would you do?

I could ensure that anything even potential is removed - but even then, another seller might try and do me in later down the line and I'll be screwed.

Really appreciate the help or thoughts!

Sleep as in vacation mode? Or shut it down? Is it worth doing a stealth account? Or will the warnings be linked?

I imagine they might be less difficult - as I was not technically banned? What’s the deal?

You let the account take a break and keep everything settled and come back to it in a few months after a cool-off period.

If you are selling higher than normal risk items, you should have had back-ups in place already.

In the meantime; you start new with a totally unlinked account and start slowly building it.

1. Put the store on vacation mode
2. Hide all sold listings. By clicking on them you can obtain listing ID which is enough to report it even though that listing is inactive.
3. Start new stores selling the same items with adjusted photos. I suggest always having more than one store at any given moment.
4. Also try countering infringement reports if you have solid ground. If no response is given after you counter them - I've seen that those warnings drop off and resets your warning count.

Thanks for the advice everyone. Been reading some of the past stuff on here for a few days - top forum.

If I have already any shops that I am running along side it - should I close them down? Start only unlinked shops?

Are warning for all shops or usually just for individual shops owned by someone?

In case of suspension, all your associated shops will go down.

You need clean, unlinked shops to avoid domino suspension.

I got my last warning a few months ago too. I had a banned account a few years ago and this new one is stealth.
From my last banned account I got 1 more chance after the last warning.
