Which country doesn't force verification and allows paypal?

There are some countries which allow you to use pp and don't require verification. Any ideas?

For sellers located in Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, and Poland
Etsy will send EUR to your bank account on file. Your bank may charge foreign exchange fees to deposit these funds to your account.

When you sign up for Etsy Payments, you will accept PayPal through Etsy Payments and will not receive funds to your own PayPal account.

So these are the countries atleast in Europe that can be done with paypal. Although, i wasn't aware that the payments aren't going directly into your paypal but first to etsy who then pay into your paypal later. That's a bit of a weird system.

Hi mate,

All countries which are not in this list accepts paypal. The countries listed in your post are with Etsy payments enabled. You got it interpreted wrong.

Etsy sends funds straight to paypal, no other way for PayPal only shops.

For Etsy payments shop all funds go to your bank account regardless how customer paid (card, paypal, etc).
