What will happen, if i will not pay etsy bills?

Hi! I had opened etsy store, used ads(3$) and made first sale. Now I need to pay them, but I don't want to use etsy any more (because my pp acc is blocked and I don't want to leave them my bank card)

Etsy says: if you don't pay, we will suspend your shop.
Me: ok I don't want to use it. But I think I may have paypal problems (I changed em: blocked one for one that I never used)

So can they actualy do something if I will not that bill?

Are the ad bills due the same as the listing fees? Next month between the 1st and 15th?
