Is it possible to open a stealth account with real name and real passport?

First account has been suspended. Is it possible to open a stealth account with real name and real passport?
I can open with real name and the same passport Paypal 10-20 accounts, because Paypal can not check passport number or birth date. How Etsy? Does Etsy see everything?

No, I have paypal accounts with real name, surname and birth date, VAT number, but with different address, IP. Paypal can not check.

You might in "lucky" mode for operating - espcially with same name and VAT number reusing...

They check and store everything. And also use 3rd party software to evaluate your identity, fraud risks, scan your passport codes, etc.
