24vc Etsy New account cant make?

I got a fresh ip 24vc plan and have no dns leaks. Does etsy just block 24vc for making new accounts? If so what is the easiest way to get a new ip that wont be blocked?

I've been using my mobile data to connect it to my laptop, its a new IP to the one that got banned (my home wifi). I pay around £15/£20 a month for it and haven't been suspended yet.
