If you register for Etsy Payments you'll need only bank account. Does not have to match.

Payment accounts are far more advantageous.

1) You don't need to deal with Paypal limitations
2) Funds go straight to your bank account, you have more control
3) More payment options for customers results in higher conversion rate of your listings and increased sales
4) We can argue, but from my experience suspension rate of PayPal only shops is greater than Payment accounts. So I would state that its also more stable

Duab is right, payments are better stores. The difference with opening one is you need to get creative with photoshop re I.D. Some have a problem with that and just go for paypal.

With paypal accounts et sy gets unpredictable and sometimes shuts them down right away for no apparant reason. I dont think they like them.

Makes sense Duab and zaps,
thanks for the advice on this.
I see things as a challenge and can’t help myself. So far so good with all my accounts
I ask because I hope it will save me making a silly mistake and not have to start all over again.
I’m good with photoshop but I’ve never tried that sort of thing before, only images.
Challenge lol

What sort of Id are they likely to ask for?
Drivers? House bill? B statement?

You can try to test register your stealth account and look what info you'll be asked. Then you can plan your next steps or check out the account marketplace section
