Etsy Dropshipping Tracking
Hi, I want to sell some handmade items, my supplier is from China, My Etsy Store is from Italy. It is a problem if I ship from China and put a Chinese package tracking number after a client purchase from me? Because in the product info it says I am from Italy and maybe Etsy expect me to ship from Italy |

| What do you mean? I have supplier that will do the work for me and ship it, he will handmade the stuff, what's wrong with that? |

| Vacuum cleaners are sold on et sy. They stopped being a handmade marketplace a while back. |

| I dont think Etsy cares where it is shipped from,but it does use your tracking number to update order status.
say it has your tracking number,then it needs t o know which POST OFFICE site it should go to with that tracking number.
As long as your customer receives the item and not file any dispute,I dont think it matters much to Etsy |

| Et sy dont comment on their unofficial change in policy because it's such a sensitive subject. Not only is there a huge number of aliexpress drop shipping stores, but sellers on the et sy forum have claimed to report obvious drop shippers and et sy won't suspend them.
I think its because they have spent 10+ years with no profit and they need the fees that all the non handmade stores generate. |
