One shipment in dropshipping
 

Hello i have a Etsy shop, usually i have the products in my home but this time i must send the product in dropshipping from china becuse i don't have it on stock. if i put the tracking from china and indicate the package leave from italy i will get a suspension? how i can do?

Just send it without tracking, and if they ask for tracking number send them via chat

and what i have to do if they will open reclam for item not received?

You try to deal with customers or refund. That's the price of dropshipping

if you said it is shipped from Italy,you are wasting your time adding Chinese tracking,so Etsy will go to Italian postal site with your tracking and get no results.
Unless it also let you input who the carrier is

noone will go and check your tracking number in italian shipping company !
this is lie trust me etsy doesnt even care about different tracking places
im talking that because i have huge experience with different shipping locations i always do that
just dont upload tracking and if he or she asks for it send that via chat and say that etsy tracking options doesnt have your shipping company :)
