Running an account from a phone network provider, an issue?

Im aware that everytime you restart your phone your IP slightly changes on a phone network, however is this suspicious to etsy whens starting a new account? Also are new ips like from a public cafe abroad to the country you're based in or etc suspicious to them?

Want to start a new account and have considered these factors:

New computer user
New phone network IP
New pictures
New name
New address
Changing layout of description
New bank details
Posting maximum 2 items a day on a consistent basis

Anything else I should be considering? Can I get away with using a family member account with a different surname but same address written a different layout or not?

Thanks

IP changing isn't a big deal as long as you have browser cookies intact. Now if you tried to access your account from an unknown computer with new IP.. yeah that could be a problem. So it's a good idea to aways access your account from the same device.

Same address could possibly link your account.. however if all other factors are different maybe not. If possibly it's best to have everything different.

I know lots of senior user recommend IPBurger Residential IP service, but is there any problem using a new cell phone on the cell phone service provider (which generates new IP) and doing all you work on the cell phone itself?

Apparently, be aware of the manual review after the first sale

OP, I'm not really a fan of public cafe IP
