Does “shipping from” location have to match the vicinity of the stated address?

I can get my sister to sign up to an Etsy shop with her details, but she lives about 300 miles away. If she opens an Etsy shop with her address in Georgia, and I ship items from my post office in Florida, is that going to trigger something?
