I got this message from a chat session with Support when contacting ETSY because I can't login :

: After reviewing your Etsy account, I can see that you’ve been refused service. We would appreciate your cooperation with ceasing all contact with Etsy as it has been determined that our business relationship has ended. For that reason, we'll need to end this chat. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

ANy one of you got this ? What can I do to get my account back ?

I have orders completed and 5* reviews and still have orders to ship but can't access my account

What should I do ???

Honestly sounds like you may need a new account although Etsy isnt really my area

What were you selling?

Was your account deactivated beforehand? I had the same issue and the pricks never reinstated my account.

Probably same situation as me, I made the first sale on an account Monday and exactly 24 hours I was signed out with the message of "Contact support to access your account" However, I cant contact support without signing in. Weird stuff

You can email them from a regular .com

Account deactivated after +/- 40 sells and a few 5* reviews
