NEW etsy suspended and require document

I got message from ETSY below:

You acknowledge that your data will be processed in accordance with Etsy's Privacy Policy.

Our partner team in India (Iksula) will get in touch with you to let you know if you meet our platform requirements. Once you are verified, our partner teams will support you with the complete set up of your Etsy shop. Typically, the entire process will take 4-5 days.

Just submit your documents and they will verify all the details you have provided.
Make sure you provide proper details if they find anything shady they won't activate your shop.

I have all original document and also summited in etsy then after got response permanently remove account. the form details are new and never used in etsy.

Etsy does check authenticity of forms we submitted.

They call you and ask you about everything you sell and how you created them.
Address given on form should match properly the documents you are providing

I am submitted 4 time from different pc and every time got same response from etsy. they are permanently remove account.

which document are your submitted? pan card, Aadhar card or passport?
are you also submitted bank statement ?
